Isaac Mizrahi made many versions of this style top, which is known as the "Garden Jacket." It's an easy, flowy button down jacket with a gathered back that allows for tons of movement and a comfortable, flexible fit. From the Spring/Summer 1990 Isaac Mizrahi Collection Runway.

It can be worn either as an open jacket, or buttoned up as a top! It is made of cotton, with a tiny houndstooth plaid. It has two pockets at the hips and closes with three central buttons.
