Shipping Timeframe

Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product availability. Once shipped, domestic deliveries generally reach you within 5-7 business days, while international shipments may take 10-20 business days, subject to carrier schedules and destination customs procedures. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions) may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart total and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available for select regions—check your order summary for real-time quotes.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Unfortunately, due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot deliver to certain regions, including but not limited to conflict zones and embargoed territories. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. For consolidated shipments, tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to activate. If you encounter discrepancies or haven’t received updates within three business days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays or lost packages can occur due to carrier errors or customs holdups. If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll initiate a trace with the carrier and, if necessary, reship your items or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.

Customs & Import Duties
